NEW Noise of Thunder Radio Shows: THE BURNING OF NOTRE DAME - 4.17.2019 Chris discusses the burning of the Notre Dame Cathedral in France — one of the most famous Catholic Churches in the world, the setting for the story of “The Hunchback of Notre Dame” and many dramatic moments in French history. Some have speculated that the fires might have been set by Islamic jihadis, who have already vandalized hundreds of churches across France. But a curious detail has emerged: just days before the fires began, the statues of the Apostles were carefully removed, an event that some are calling divine intervention, yet others have regarded it with suspicion. We consider that the Pope has been calling for unification between Catholics and Muslims, and that the concept of “Chrislam” has been promoted for years. Money has since been pouring in to pay for the restoration, but when France repairs the famous Cathedral, will it be decorated with both Catholic and Islamic symbols? THE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE & CONCORD BRIDGE - 4.26.2019 Chris discusses the anniversaries of two historic events that were remembered this past week — the Armenian Genocide (remembered on April 24th), and the battles of Lexington and Concord (April 19). We find it remarkable that these two events should be remembered so close together. The mass murder of Armenian Christians during World War I was preceded by their people being disarmed before they were tragically slaughtered. As such, we consider the wisdom of our colonial forefathers who refused to surrender their arms to the Redcoats in 1775, but instead fired “the shot heard round the world,” the echo of which continues to this day. Also discussed is a declaration from a youth organization in Turkey (whose members include the son of Turkish President Erdogan) which has said that the Islamic call to prayer symbolizes a renewal of their desire to conquer Rome, New York, Paris and Vienna. EZEKIEL, TURKEY, GOG & MAGOG - 5.1.2019 Chris discusses Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39 in light of recent events involving Turkey, and the saber rattling of Erdogan and his supporters against the Christian and Jewish world. Prophecy teachers have for centuries believed that the territory of the Turks could very well be the northern powers that come to invade Israel, according to Scriptures. It has been reported that the Turkish youth are proclaiming a desire to return to the Battle of Vienna (i.e. openly invade Western Europe), and to conquer London, Paris and New York. Meanwhile, Turkish politicians have spoken openly of their desire to invade the Greek islands, while still others have called for the invasion of Jerusalem.
